Sacred Sound~ Traditional mantra in 9 different languages woven through a multi-instrumental soundscape (harmonium, guitar, drum) with options to sing along or drop in for meditation! Sacred Sexuality~ A personal journey of discovery through the breath, which we will use to connect with God/Goddess Source within. We will discuss the power of intention-setting, and how to use visualization as a tool to manifest our greatest desires. Then we'll talk about how to activate those desires through consciously releasing our attachments to shameful paradigms which were programed by society and family structures. Typically then I share a bit of my own experience of sexual trauma and how that shaped my perception until I began to learn a new way through a combination of studies in Tantra, Kundalini yoga and Native American Quodoshka teachings and the results of having actualized meditations on these subjects. We will talk about life force energy as a natural creative spark, and the art of self-pleasure. We will talk about setting safe containers for interactions with others through making mutual verbal agreements.
